As a valued customer and shareholder of the La Cumbre Mutual Water Company you are entitled to inspect and request information about the Water Company.  To obtain access to view board meeting minutes on our website you are required to register prior to viewing the minutes.   Registration authorization will be granted to eligible persons Monday - Friday only. Authorization will not be granted on weekends and holidays. 

 

If you would like to view older minutes than those posted on our website, please send an email to office@lacumbrewater.com with your request of meeting minutes, and please be as specific as possible in order to narrow our search. Please note that as an eligible person we are able to provide minutes and information to you via email/website for the past 36 months at no cost. Anything older will require a fee of $125/hour as some of this information may not be digitized and will require a manual search and scanning.
